- How disruptive is a re-roof?
- Noisy for a few days and dusty in the loft, but you can stay in the house. Roofs are left weathertight overnight and we work around agreed hours.
- Will you need scaffold on a Cambridge property?
- For a full re-cover, yes — it's a working platform and an edge protection requirement, not an upsell. Scaffold is included and set out in the written quote.
- How do we know the roof needs replacing rather than repairing?
