- No. Inspections are free, and so is the written quotation that follows. If a repair will do the job, we will say so rather than push a replacement.
- How close to me do you actually work?
- We are based at 41 The Street, Costessey, Norwich. Norfolk is our home patch, and Suffolk and Cambridgeshire are on the round. If your postcode is not listed on our areas page, ask, we probably still cover you.
- Can you come out if the roof is leaking right now?
- Yes. Our normal working hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 17:00, and we run an emergency call-out service 24/7 on 07437 005301.
- Will you repair one tile, or is there a minimum job?
- We take on everything from a single slipped tile to a full section of roof. The work is done by our own team rather than passed on.
- Can you help with an insurance claim?
- We carry out insurance and pre-purchase inspections and provide insurance-friendly reports on what we find, which you can pass to your insurer.
