Repair it or replace it?
Plenty of flat roofs that leak do not need replacing. A split in the covering, a failed seam, a lifted trim or an outlet that has blocked and left water standing can usually be put right on its own. We trace the leak first and quote for what the roof actually needs.
Where the covering has failed across the whole roof, or the deck underneath has gone soft, patching only buys time. Then we recommend a new roof laid with proper falls, trims and outlets, with an insulated warm-roof build-up where that suits the building. You get that judgement in writing.

Existing extension roof or a complete new covering?
An extension flat roof needs its surface, wall connection and rainwater route considered together. The covering may be repairable when damage is confined to a sound seam or detail, while a softened deck or widespread failure can require replacement. Flat does not mean water should stay on it
A flat roof has a shallow fall rather than the more pronounced slopes of a pitched roof. That fall directs rain towards an outlet or gutter. Its apparent levelness is not a reason to accept persistent pooling, particularly where the drainage is blocked or the supporting deck has moved.
Replacement needs to consider those levels and the finished edges as well as the membrane.
