EPDM rubber
A single-piece rubber membrane, which means very few seams for water to find. Suits extensions, garages and dormers where a clean, low-maintenance covering is wanted.

Flat roofing questions, answered straight
- Which flat roof system do you actually fit?
- All three of the systems we list: EPDM rubber membranes, GRP fibreglass and torch-on felt. Because we fit each of them, we have no reason to talk you into one over another.
- Can an existing flat roof be repaired instead of replaced?
- Often, yes. Splits, failed seams, tired trims and blocked or badly positioned outlets can be dealt with on their own. We inspect free of charge and tell you honestly if a repair will hold.
- Do you deal with the falls and the drainage as well?
- Yes. Flat roofs are laid with proper falls, trims and outlets, which is what stops water sitting on the covering and finding a way in.
- Do you insulate at the same time?
- We build insulated warm-roof build-ups where that is the right approach for the roof in question, and we discuss it as part of the written quote.
- Do you do garages, dormers and commercial flat roofs?
- Extensions, garages, dormers and outbuildings on the domestic side, and commercial flat roof systems on shops, offices, workshops and industrial units.
